Course Requirements

Our entry requirements are a minimum grade of D+ for Certificate courses or 3 passes in IGCSE examinations or relevant work experience/higher education. All our students are required to go through a routine interview. Our curriculum however maintains a strong emphasis on Swiss traditions of balancing theories with practical application within the key and most central operating areas, namely the Food and Beverage and Rooms Division departments of the Boma Hotel Complex, as part of the Applied Hotel Operations Module.
